Five channels, one inbox
Customers write wherever it suits them: some in the website chat, some in Telegram, some straight into an Avito listing. Rinkoto pulls those conversations into one stream so you are not juggling five tabs and losing messages.
The Rinkoto shared inbox is a single conversation stream fed by the website widget, your Telegram bot, your VK community, Avito chats and the MAX messenger. The AI answers in each of these channels using your business data, and when a human is needed you take over from personal Telegram or from the web inbox in your browser.
Rinkoto channels
Each channel has its own page: how it works, what the AI does there and what connecting it takes.

Chat in the corner of the page: the AI answers visitors, collects leads and hands you everything that needs a human.

Rinkoto does not support WhatsApp or Instagram. We would rather say so plainly than line up a row of logos where half of them mean “coming soon”. There are exactly five channels: website, Telegram, VK, Avito and MAX — and the last three are still connected by hand, together with us.
Common questions about channels
- What is a shared messenger inbox?
- It is one stream that gathers conversations from every connected channel. Rinkoto has five: the website widget, Telegram, a VK community, Avito chats and the MAX messenger. Instead of five tabs and five notification sounds you get one list of conversations, each labelled with where the customer came from.
- Do I have to connect all five channels?
- No. Many people start with the website widget and Telegram — that pair is enough for the AI to answer visitors while the hard questions reach you in a messenger. The rest can be added later, when you actually need them.
- Does Rinkoto support WhatsApp and Instagram?
- No. Today there are exactly five channels: website, Telegram, VK, Avito and MAX. We do not support WhatsApp or Instagram and we are not naming dates — if that changes, we will say so plainly.
- How do I connect VK, Avito and MAX?
- Those three are still in early access and the Rinkoto team sets them up individually. Message us on Telegram, we will look at your case and connect them by hand. There is no self-service button for them in the dashboard.
- Where do I answer messages from different channels?
- Wherever suits you: the web inbox in a browser or your personal Telegram. The reply goes back to the channel the customer wrote from — an Avito buyer gets it on Avito, a website visitor gets it in the widget window.
- Does the AI answer the same way in every channel?
- Yes. There is one AI and one set of business data: services, prices, turnaround, hours, common questions. So a customer in Telegram and a customer on your site get the same answer about price, not two different ones. Nothing has to be configured per channel.
