In short

rinkoto.com uses no advertising or analytics trackers and shows no cookie banner, because it sets no cookies. One technical preference is stored in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme.

Visitor data only appears where the chat itself runs: the conversation with the AI, and any contact details a person chose to leave.

What the website collects

When you open a page, the web server records technical request data: IP address, browser type, page address and time. These records exist to fend off attacks and diagnose failures, and are kept for no more than 30 days.

There is no contact form on the site: you reach us through Telegram, and messages there are governed by Telegram’s own rules.

What the Rinkoto chat collects on customer sites

When the widget is installed on a business website, the service processes the text of visitor messages and replies, a technical session marker, and the name and phone number if the visitor entered them in the callback form.

This data belongs to the website owner, who decides why it is collected. Rinkoto acts as the processor: it stores conversations, delivers messages to connected channels, and sends message text to an AI model to produce a reply.

We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and do not use customer conversations to train models.

Who the data is shared with

To produce answers, message text is sent to a language model provider. To deliver messages, data goes to the channels the owner connected: Telegram, VK, Avito, MAX.

There are no other recipients. Hosting and the database are under our own control.

Retention

Conversations and leads are kept while the website owner’s account is active and are deleted at their request. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what data about you is stored, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to processing. If you chatted on some business’s website, start with that business — they own the data, and we will help them fulfil the request.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes are announced in our Telegram channel.
