Terms of service

What early access means

Rinkoto is a working service that is still growing. We onboard customers by hand and agree terms individually. Some capabilities may change, and certain channels are connected by our team rather than by a button in the dashboard.

We do not promise guaranteed uptime: there is no formal service level agreement at this stage. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on Telegram.

What the customer is responsible for

The customer is responsible for the data the AI is taught: prices, services, conditions. Answers are built from that data, so keeping it current is the customer’s job.

The customer must have the right to place the widget on their website and must inform visitors that their data is processed.

Using the service for spam, for deceiving visitors, for collecting data under false pretences, or for anything unlawful is prohibited.

AI answers

The AI produces answers automatically and can be wrong. We provide the tools to keep mistakes rare: answers are grounded in the customer’s data, any conversation can be handed to a human, and the AI can be switched off for a single conversation with one toggle.

Legally binding commitments to a visitor are made by the business, not by Rinkoto. Check important answers, especially about prices and deadlines.

Billing

Billing consists of a service subscription plus packs of “AI answers” — you pay for answers the AI produced. Replies written by a human are not billed.

There is no public price list right now: terms are agreed individually. Payment processing is still being set up.

The dashboard shows spend for the period, and a spending cap prevents unexpected growth of the bill.

Ending the service

A customer may stop using the service at any time by removing the widget code from their site and telling us. On request we delete the data.

We may suspend service if it is used in breach of these terms, after notifying the customer.
