Rinkoto

Early access

Pricing and billing

You pay for a subscription and for the replies the AI actually sends. There is no public price list yet: the service is in early access and we agree terms with each business individually.

Rinkoto is billed as “subscription + AI reply packs”: a recurring fee for the service itself, plus the volume of replies the AI sends to your customers. One AI reply is one message from the AI to a customer; the replies you write yourself are never charged. There is no public price list right now — the service is in early access and terms are agreed individually, so message us on Telegram.

How billing works

Your bill has two parts: a fixed one and a variable one.

Subscription for the service
The fixed part: the widget, the inbox, connected channels, settings and stored conversations. It does not change with the number of messages you get.
AI reply packs
The variable part: you buy a volume of AI replies and spend it as customers talk to the chat. When a pack runs out, you top it up.
One reply, one message
An AI reply is counted when the AI sends a message to a customer. Not per conversation, not per visitor and not in obscure “tokens” — per reply the customer actually saw.

What the price is made of

The total is your subscription plus the AI replies you used. Nothing else lands on the bill.

  1. 1

    Subscription for the service

A fixed amount per period. It includes the whole product: we do not split features into “basic” and “advanced” tiers.

  2. 2

    Volume of AI replies

It depends on how many enquiries you get per month and how often the AI handles them without you. More traffic on the site, bigger pack.

  3. 3

    Human replies are free

Messages you write yourself, from personal Telegram or the web inbox, are never charged. You only pay for the AI’s work.

There is no separate charge for channels, conversations or callback requests — only the volume of AI replies moves the price.

What every plan includes

Features are not split across plans — everyone gets the same product. Only the volume of AI replies differs.

The website widget
One line of code, isolated in a Shadow DOM, working on any site — from WordPress and Webflow to a fully custom build.
Every channel
Website, Telegram, VK, Avito and MAX all arrive in one inbox — with no surcharge for each extra channel.
An AI that knows your business
You fill in your services, prices, hours and common questions — the AI answers from that, instead of making things up.
Replies from personal Telegram
Conversations reach you in the messenger you already use, with the full history. The web inbox is there if you want it, not a requirement.
Widget styling
Colour, icon, window shape and position are all configurable, and the widget picks up your site’s light or dark theme on its own.
Business hours and callbacks
Outside working hours the widget says so honestly, and a callback request lands in your Telegram straight away.

Spending stays under control

So the bill never runs away: usage is visible up front and you can cap it.

Usage for the period is in your dashboard
How many AI replies you have used since the period started and how many are left. It also shows how many conversations the AI closed on its own.
A spending cap
You set a limit for the period. Once it is reached the AI stops replying, so a traffic spike or a wave of spam cannot turn into a surprise bill.
The AI can be switched off per conversation
In the inbox you can turn the AI off for one conversation and take over by hand. Those replies are not charged.

How payment works

In Russia we plan to take payments through YooKassa — by card or by invoice for companies and sole traders. Payment acceptance is still being set up, so during early access we arrange it directly: message us on Telegram and we will explain how it works today.

We do not take a year up front and we do not ask for card details before the service is actually running on your site.

Billing questions

How much does Rinkoto cost?
There is no public price list yet — the service is in early access. The model is clear: a subscription for the service plus packs of AI replies, while the actual numbers depend on your volume of enquiries and are agreed individually. Message us on Telegram and we will quote terms for your case.
What counts as an AI reply?
One AI reply is one message the AI sent to a customer. Replies you write yourself, from Telegram or the web inbox, are not charged. Usage for the period is visible in your dashboard: how many replies you have spent and how many are left.
What happens when the replies run out?
The AI stops answering automatically, but the chat keeps working. The visitor sees an honest message saying the consultation is unavailable right now and can leave a phone number for a callback — the request lands in your Telegram and you reply yourself. You can top the volume up at any time.
Is there a free trial?
We do not promise a “free forever plan” — that would be dishonest. During early access the starting terms, including any trial period, are agreed individually: message us on Telegram and we will work something out.
How do I pay?
In Russia we plan to take payments through YooKassa — by card or by invoice for companies and sole traders. Payment acceptance is still being set up, so during early access we arrange payment directly. Message us on Telegram and we will explain how it works today.
Can I switch the AI off and reply by hand only?
Yes. In the inbox the AI can be turned off for a specific conversation — from then on you reply yourself and the AI stays out of it. Your own replies are not charged, so usage does not grow.
