Rinkoto

What Rinkoto can do

AI on the front line, a human when one is really needed, and a single inbox for every channel. Here is what the service does today.

Rinkoto is an AI chat widget for your website and a shared inbox for messages. The AI answers visitors around the clock using the business details you fill in — services, prices, hours, common questions — and when a human is needed the conversation moves to the owner in personal Telegram or to the web inbox. Messages from Telegram, VK, Avito and MAX land in that same inbox.

AI answers visitors around the clock

A live chat assistant that does not go home at seven. A visitor asks about a service, a price or your hours and the reply arrives in seconds, at any time of day.

It answers from your data, it does not invent

In the dashboard you fill in your business details: services, prices, working hours, common questions. The AI answers from those — it will not offer a service you do not provide or make up a price.

Change the data, change the answers

Update your price list or hours in the dashboard and the AI answers from the new version. Nothing to retrain, nothing to reconfigure.

Usage is visible in the dashboard

The dashboard shows how many “AI replies” have been used in a period, so consumption is never a guess.

When a human is needed

The AI closes routine questions, but not every conversation should end with a bot. Handing a chat to a person takes one click.

Handing the chat to a human

The visitor asks for a real person — or you decide to step in — and the conversation moves to a human. The AI goes quiet in that chat so it never talks over you.

Replying from personal Telegram

A conversation card arrives in your Telegram, you reply right there, and your answer appears in the widget on the site. Website chat in Telegram, with no extra app to install and no new panel to train staff on.

Handing it back to the AI

When the conversation turns routine again, the AI can take over: every chat in the web inbox has its own toggle.

Web inbox: every conversation in the browser

The /inbox page in the dashboard is the workspace for anyone who prefers replying from a computer. Conversations on the left, the thread on the right.

Live updates

New messages appear on their own — no page reloads.

Filters and search

Filter by channel and status, plus search, so the right conversation is easy to find even when there are many.

Reply and close

Answer straight from the inbox and close the conversation once the question is settled.

An AI toggle per conversation

In one chat the AI answers on its own, in the next it stays silent while you type.

Sound and browser notifications

You hear and see a new message even when the inbox tab is in the background.

Works on a phone

The inbox opens in a mobile browser, so you are not tied to a desk to reply.

One inbox for messages from every channel

Customers do not only write on your site. Rinkoto pulls every channel into a single list, so there is no need to keep five tabs open and lose messages in each one. Website and Telegram work today; VK, Avito and MAX we connect by hand together with our first customers.

Website widget
Messages from visitors on your own site.
Telegram
Conversations with customers in Telegram.
VK
Messages sent to your VK community.
Avito
Buyer questions about your listings.
MAX
Chats from the MAX messenger.

Working hours and after-hours

You set the hours and the time zone, and the widget stops promising something that will not happen before morning.

An honest notice

Outside working hours the widget says plainly that the team is offline, so nobody waits around for a reply that is not coming.

The AI keeps answering

Questions about services, prices and hours still get answered at night and on weekends.

A callback request

The visitor leaves a name and a phone number, and in the morning you have a contact instead of a customer who left.

Leads: contacts do not get lost

A name and a phone number is all you ask for. From there the lead lives in two places: your Telegram and your dashboard.

A card in Telegram

Every new lead lands in your messenger immediately — no need to open the dashboard to avoid missing a contact.

A list with statuses

All leads sit in the dashboard, each with a status, so you can see who has been contacted and who still needs a call.

CSV export

The list downloads as CSV — open it in a spreadsheet or move it into your own system.

The widget looks like part of your site

Appearance is configured in the dashboard — no markup changes and no developer.

Colour, avatar and button label

Set your brand colour, the avatar of whoever is answering and the text on the button, instead of an anonymous circle in the corner.

Button icon

Choose chat, dialogue, question or bot — or upload your own image if you have a mascot or a logo.

Window style and position

Three window styles — branded, minimal and soft. The widget sits on the left or the right, whichever suits your layout.

Theme is detected automatically

The widget reads light or dark theme from your site and keeps watching for changes: if the visitor switches theme, the widget follows.

How the widget is built

From the outside it is a button in the corner. Inside it is a small isolated script that stays out of your site’s way.

One line to install
A single <script> tag in your page template, before the closing </body>. No plugins, no build step.
About 30 KB
The widget bundle is roughly 30 KB and loads asynchronously without blocking rendering.
Shadow DOM
The widget is isolated from the page, so it neither conflicts with your styles and scripts nor breaks under someone else’s CSS.
iOS keyboard handling
The chat window behaves correctly when the on-screen keyboard slides up on an iPhone: the input field does not disappear behind it.
Three interface languages
The widget speaks English, Russian and Armenian.

Questions about features

How is this different from a normal website chat?
A normal live chat waits for a free agent — until someone shows up the visitor stares at an empty window. In Rinkoto the AI answers on the front line, around the clock and from your business data, and a human steps in when the question is complex or the customer asks for one.
How does the AI know my services and prices?
From the data you fill in: services, prices, working hours, common questions. The AI answers from those rather than inventing them, and when you update the data the answers update with it.
Can I reply without opening the dashboard?
Yes. A conversation card arrives in your personal Telegram, you reply there, and the answer reaches the visitor in the widget. The web inbox is an alternative for people who prefer a computer, not a requirement.
Which channels arrive in the shared inbox?
The website widget, Telegram, VK, Avito and MAX. Messages from all five land in one list with filters by channel and status.
What happens at night and on weekends?
You set working hours and a time zone. Outside them the widget says plainly that the team is offline, the AI keeps answering questions, and the visitor can leave a callback request that arrives in your Telegram straight away.
Can I turn the AI off in a single conversation?
Yes. Every conversation in the web inbox has its own AI toggle, and when a chat is handed to a human the AI switches off there automatically so it does not cut in.
