Rinkoto

Website widget

Live today

That familiar circle in the bottom-right corner. Except behind it is not a “leave your number and we will call back” form, but an AI that knows your services, prices and opening hours.

The Rinkoto widget is a website chatbot that answers visitors on its own and hands the conversation to you when a person is needed. Website chat goes to Telegram: the notification lands in your personal Telegram, you reply from there, and the whole thread stays in the web inbox. Installation is a single <script> line before the closing </body> tag.

How it works

A visitor clicks the chat button and asks in plain language: how much, how soon, are you open on Sunday. The AI answers from the data you filled in — services, prices, turnaround, hours, common questions. If the question goes beyond that, or the person asks for a manager, the conversation comes to you with the full history so nobody has to start over.

What the AI does in the widget

In short, the reasons people put chat on a site at all:

  • Answers around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Collects a lead: the visitor’s name and phone number arrive in your Telegram.
  • Outside business hours it says plainly that managers are offline and offers a callback.
  • Hands the conversation to a human the moment one is needed.

How to connect it

Copy the ready-made snippet with your public key from the dashboard, add your site address to the allowed domains list and paste the line before the closing </body>. The widget appears as soon as the page is saved — no plugins, no rebuild. Platform-specific instructions live on the install page.

Appearance and limits

You choose the colour, icon, window shape and position, and the widget picks up your site’s light or dark theme by itself. The bundle is about 30 KB, loads asynchronously and lives in a Shadow DOM — it does not touch your layout and does not break under your styles. It only runs on the domains you added to the allowed list, which is what stops your key being used on someone else’s site.

Questions about website chat

Is a website chatbot hard to install?
It is one <script> line in your site template — usually a few minutes including copying the key. No plugins, no build step, no layout changes.
Where do website messages arrive?
In the web inbox and in your personal Telegram. The website chat reaches Telegram as a notification and you can reply straight from there — the customer sees your answer in the same widget window where the conversation started.
Will the widget break my design?
No. It is isolated in a Shadow DOM: your styles do not reach it and its styles do not reach your page. Colour, icon, window shape and position can be matched to your design, and the light or dark theme is detected from your site automatically.
What happens at night when nobody is around?
You set your business hours. Outside them the widget says openly that managers are offline, the AI keeps answering questions, and the visitor can leave a name and phone number for a callback — the request goes straight to your Telegram.
