Telegram
Live todayThe one channel that works both ways: customers write here, and from here you answer in every other channel too.
In Telegram, Rinkoto lives as your bot: a customer opens it and asks a question, and the AI answers right in the chat. You get a notification in your personal Telegram and can step in at any moment and carry on in your own words. The same conversation is visible in full in the web inbox, so the thread never splits across two places.
How it works
You have your own Telegram bot, and you hand its link to customers: in a channel header, a profile bio, a business card, a post signature. The person writes to the bot and the AI answers from your business data. Meanwhile you get a notification in your personal Telegram and can take the conversation over at any point — the customer never sees a seam.
Reply from the messenger you already use
No extra app to install and no new dashboard to teach your staff: Telegram is open on your phone all day anyway. If you prefer a computer and the whole list of conversations at once, open the web inbox. These are the same threads, not two parallel ones — reply in Telegram and it shows in the inbox, reply in the inbox and it shows in Telegram.
What the AI does in Telegram
In the bot the AI works from exactly the same data as on your site:
- Answers questions about services, prices, turnaround and hours.
- Works at night and on weekends while you sleep.
- Passes the conversation to you as soon as a real person is needed.
- Files the thread in the shared inbox next to the website, VK, Avito and MAX.
Connecting it, and what to keep in mind
Telegram is set up when your account is configured: we need your bot and access to it. If it is your first time, write to us — we will help create the bot, link it to Rinkoto and check that notifications reach your personal Telegram. Customers message the bot, not your personal account, so your number stays yours. One Telegram platform limit to remember: a bot cannot message a person first until that person has written to it.
Questions about Telegram
- Do I need a separate phone number or account for the bot?
- No. A bot is its own entity in Telegram and customers write to it, not to your private chat. Your number and personal account stay yours — you simply receive notifications about new conversations there.
- Can I answer a customer myself instead of the AI?
- Yes, at any moment. The conversation reaches your personal Telegram with the history attached — you type a reply and the customer gets it in the chat with the bot. The same thing works from the web inbox.
- Are Telegram messages visible in the shared inbox?
- Yes. Telegram is a channel like any other: its conversations sit in one stream together with website, VK, Avito and MAX chats. A single messenger inbox is the whole point of the exercise.
- Does the AI answer the same way in Telegram as on the site?
- Yes. It relies on the same business data, so answers about prices and turnaround match in the bot and in the widget. There is no need to train each channel separately.
